Well no two events are ever exactly the same because Peter has such a massive resource of techniques that he has to cherry-pick what he feels are the right methods for any particular occasion. A presentation to a school will not be the same as a workshop for a gym or football squad. At the event Peter talks a little about his life and experiences and in particular what brought him to embark on this line of work. He has been a journalist, travelled extensively and lived around the world, been a member of a kibbutz in Israel, published a great novel, written a hit song, worked in the film business, the music business, owned various businesses of his own mostly in printing and publishing and worked on motivational issues with iconic athletes, business leaders and celebrities so this is an interesting opener to events.
He explains about the various modalities he uses to help people in different ways and some of the science behind them. Over the years Peter has scoured the world for the most effective techniques to boost positive elements such as confidence, focus, self-belief, motivation, optimism and happiness and cure the negative ones like fears, phobias, doubt, pain, pessimism, stress, anxiety etc. These methods and techniques are in the main simple, rapid and very potent.
Throughout the event he shares some of these techniques with participants and gives them an opportunity to try them out on each other. These tools are then theirs to use whenever they need to improve their lives in whichever way they want or need.
At certain stages Peter uses innovative demonstrations to show how the body’s energy systems work and how we can stimulate energy and good feelings whenever we need them.
This is an interactive event, not just a lecture with the audience passively listening to the speaker the whole time.
